Skills that can enhance a Web Developer's career
- Proficiency in Coding (being proficient in your language is very crucial for development)
- Collaboration (you should know how to contribute from your side, doesn't require complex projects)
- Problem-Solving (here it means to solve development problems and has nothing to do with DSA questions and stats)
- Attention to detail (focus and presence of mind are required while contributing and creating high-quality, error-free web applications)
- UX/UI design skills (understanding user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design to create more intuitive and user-friendly web applications)
- Time management skills (the ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks are important for delivering projects on time)
Why choose web development as a career path?
Well, I'm not sure about you but I chose it because I enjoy working with technology, have a passion for problem-solving, and enjoy creating digital experiences, it is a great career path because it offers opportunities to work on exciting projects, solve complex problems, and constantly learn and improve skills. With the increasing importance of the internet in our daily lives, there is a growing demand for web developers who can create and maintain websites, web applications, and other digital platforms and yeah there's also a competitive salary. Everyone needs a good amount of money for their family and well-being and Development provides it.
According to google the average salary of a Web Developer is $73,425 in the United States.
And The Bureau of Labor Statistics (USA) projects 30.3% employment growth for web developers between 2021 and 2031. In that period, an estimated 28,900 jobs should open up.

Whichever field you choose whether it's front-end, back-end, or database administration, there's always something new to learn and explore in development.
